Luke 24 Prophecies Don’t Exist

44 Then [Jesus] said to them, “These are my words that I spoke to you while I was still with you, that everything written about me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled.” 45 Then he opened their minds to understand the Scriptures, 46 and said to them, “Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer and on the third day rise from the dead, 47 and that repentance for[c] the forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed in his name to all nations, beginning from Jerusalem. 48 You are witnesses of these things. 49 And behold, I am sending the promise of my Father upon you. But stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high.””  Luke 24:44-49

There are no Scripture links to reference any of these verses or prophecies.   No Christian scholar has ever been able to locate any of these prophecies to give us a link to them.  Do you find that weird?

“46 and said to them, “Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer and on the third day rise from the dead, 47 and that repentance for[c] the forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed in his name to all nations, beginning from Jerusalem.”

We tested this before when Paul made similar statements and couldn’t find anywhere in the Hebrew Bible that makes any sort of reference to any of this.  Was Jesus quoting from scriptures that were not in the Hebrew Scrolls used by the Rabbis that he was familiar with?  What Scripture was he quoting from? No one seems to be able to figure that out since the beginning of Christianity.

“45 Then he opened their minds to understand the Scriptures,

I’m not sure what or where those Scriptures are…

  1. Have we today for example the whole Old Testament or only parts of it ??
Have we today all the Scriptures that were familiar to Yeshua (Jesus) and Paul ??
    Ever wondered that ??
    Without speaking our New Testament…

    • That would be the only possibility that somehow some of the scriptures were lost. But when they found the Dead Sea scrolls they didn’t find any other missing books
